Title Examiner — Nassau County
We are seeking an experienced title examiner with a working knowledge of Nassau County's public land records. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting full and short title searches, open mortgage searches, judgment and lien searches, and related abstract work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior title searching or abstracting experience in Nassau County
- Familiarity with Nassau County Clerk and court records systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced transaction environment
Location: Mineola, N.Y. | Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9:00AM to 5:00PM
Title Production / Data Entry & Review
We are seeking candidates to compile, enter, and review data and to produce final title search reports based upon the examiner's findings. These roles require accuracy, consistency, and a willingness to learn our systems. Experience in title production is a plus but not required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in data entry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with common software applications
- Reliable, professional, and highly organized
